Do your cookies contain common allergens?
Yes, while we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, it’s important to note that our cookies may come in contact with allergens such as butter, peanuts, eggs, tree nuts, dairy, wheat, and soy. If you have a severe allergy, please let us know when placing your order so we can take extra care to accommodate your needs.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Please note that while we strive for accurate delivery, we are not responsible for errors in delivery information provided by the customer.
Do you deliver outside of the GTA?
At this time, we only deliver within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We’re constantly looking for ways to expand our reach, so stay tuned for any updates in our delivery areas in the future!
How do I reheat the cookies?
Reheating our cookies is easy! For a quick warm-up, simply microwave for 10-15 seconds. For a crispier texture, place them in a preheated oven at 350°F for 3-5 minutes. If your cookies are frozen, bake them in a 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy freshly baked goodness every time!
How do I order for Pickup?
Ordering for pickup is simple! Just select the pickup option during checkout in your shopping cart. Please note that some items may be exclusively available for pickup.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery through our trusted delivery partners: Uber Eats, Doordash, and Skip the Dishes. Simply place your order through their platforms to enjoy our delicious cookies delivered to your doorstep on the same day!
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on orders with a minimum purchase of $100. Enjoy the convenience of having our delicious cookies delivered to your doorstep without any additional delivery charges!
What should I do if my package was not delivered?
We understand how frustrating it can be if your package doesn’t arrive as expected. However, please note that we are not responsible for lost packages once they have been dispatched for delivery. We recommend coordinating with your delivery provider to minimize lost packages once they have been delivered.
What is the estimated time of delivery?
We ship out cookies Monday through Thursday via Canada Post, and packages usually arrive the next day. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location and postal service delays. Rest assured, we do our best to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and promptly!
